Developing and implementing fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals. * Cultivating and maintaining relationships with donors and sponsors. * Planning and executing fundraising events and campaigns. * Managing and training fundraising staff and volunteers. * Conducting research and identifying potential fundraising opportunities. * Creating and managing budgets for fundraising activities. * Reporting on fundraising progress and outcomes to organizational leadership. Requirements: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of the nonprofit sector and fundraising best practices. * Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed. * Passion for the mission and values of the NGO.
