Job Timing : 9 hour shift anything between 7 AM - 11 PM or 6 AM - 11 PM based on requirement • Open Positions : Voice Support JD: 1. Customer Support : Inbound Calls and outbound calls 2. Customer Query and Complaints Resolutions 3. Order Status 4. Order Modifications 5. Coordination with Operations and Delivery Partners Criteria: • Minimum Qualification : 12th/10th + Diploma(3 Years)/10th + ITI • Work Experience : 0 to 5 Years • Voice Process Selection Criteria : HR Round -> Operations Round • Preferred Candidates : 1. Good communication :English 2. Undergraduate only pursuing externally not internally 3. Flexible to work for 6 Days with 1 rotational off 4 Candidates with personal transport Salary Range : 2.10 LPA up to 2.5 LPA In Hand for Freshers : 12.9k in hand Experienced candidate Salary : 13 - 16.5 k in hand
