Job Profile: Voice Process - IRO- Openings: 100 Location: Malad,Mumbai • Need HSC/Graduates with fluent English communication skills (Must be at least 8 out of 10). • Age limit max upto 32 • Need to handle inbound calls. • Need to handle queries of customer and provide information. • Good spoken and written language skills in English and Marathi. • Well-groomed personality with positive attitude. • Candidates should be ready to work in rotational shifts • Candidates can apply for Full-time/ Part-time employment. • Undergraduate/ Graduate (any). • Easy customer service process • No sales target *Please check that the candidate should at least have taken 1st & 2nd dose of vaccine before joining.
